Cliff Dickenson and Son, take the Ford Chairmans Award for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction
Dealer Principal Mr Chris Winward received the award from Ingvar Sviggum, Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Service (Ford of Europe) and Nigel Sharp, Managing Director (Ford of Britain).
Cliff Dickenson and Son is a fourth generation family business and has been serving the people of Cheshire for over eighty years. During this time they have always maintained their friendly, no pressure approach to serving the community rather than pressure retailing.
Mr Winward said "To win this major UK award for the sixth consecutive year, has to be a testament to both our sales and service processes and the staff who tirelessly go that extra mile to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, whether it is a new or used car or simply an annual service."
During 2009 Cliff Dickenson and Son had a customer satisfaction index within Sales of 98%, highlighting that their customers' experience is second to none within their marketplace.
