Nigel (Motability Specialist) has been serving the community for 25 years, assisting hundreds of customers to stay mobile and independent. Nigel who has worked for Cliff Dickenson and Son for the past 10 years said,
“It’s been a pleasure helping countless customers, who return time after time, into another brand new Ford. Our current model range suits every type of customer’s needs and what makes it so satisfying for me is that I know the difference the car makes to our customers’ lives and families.”
Owner proprietor, Chris Winward said, “I have known Nigel for a long time. I know that the service, attention and commitment he gives to all his customers is second to none. This high level of service we all give to our customers has been recognised by Ford UK, who have awarded us the ‘Chairman’s Award’ for customer service for the past two years.”
