11.5.2020 - Important Service Department Update

We have been working on a solution for changing the way we work to re-open and provide workshop operations for our valued customers

We have introduced a number of new processes to ensure that our Staff remain safe in turn allowing our Customers to stay safe. We are also sanitising all customer vehicles as well as courtesy cars after each use.

We have also been working on the physicality of our site in order to help follow social distancing guidelines, with markers and arrows on the floor and a one-way system through the service department. In addition to this we are installing protective screens and a number of hand sanitising stations through the department. We can also offer contactless payment. We will be detailing these changes and the procedures in place on our website.

Currently we are in the process of completing repairs that we had remaining prior to the government lockdown. We are contacting customers that had bookings we had to cancel prior to closing and customers who have contacted us during the lockdown. Once these processes are completed, we will then be ready to take new bookings.

We are hoping to be open to take new bookings soon. We will communicate this via the website and at that point we will be ready to take phone bookings. Until that point and we are sure we can operate safely we hope you understand that our phoneline will remain closed.
