Distance Selling - Terms and Conditions

If you have bought and taken delivery of a vehicle from ourselves unseen, either with a finance plan or by paying cash, then you have a 14-day cooling off period, where you are able to return the vehicle to us and receive a refund or alternative car.

This request must be made in writing either by post or email, at the address below:

The vehicle must be returned to us at your own cost within 48 hours of the request being made and be in the same condition as it was when you took delivery.

We will exercise our rights to charge a fair mileage usage, in addition to any damage sustained in the interim period.

We will not enter into any discussion relating to insurance claims, road traffic offences or civil disputes during the customers ownership.

Refunds will be processed with 10 days of vehicle return.
